Throughout December, with the very kind help of supporters and volunteers, we were able to provide a substantial amount of material aid before Christmas.
Two Community Meetings were organised; each for a different group of beneficiaries from our Social Aid Program. Around 25 people attended per meeting, including representatives of families and single, elderly individuals. Many thanks to everyone who donated goods, to our great team of volunteers, and to the International Christian Fellowship of Warsaw, for kindly hosting as well as providing additional support (more details further below).
We are also very grateful to have received amazing holiday aid support from the American School of Warsaw again this year! ASW students, teachers, staff, and parents worked together to provide a very significant amount of goods. The donations included: long-lasting food and treats, hygienic and cleaning products, clothing and shoes, household items, and Christmas presents for kids and teenagers. We delivered these to 37 families and 10 elderly individuals in time for Christmas. Heartfelt appreciation to everyone who was involved in this wonderful project!
