As the weather has gotten colder, we have been reaching out to some very poor people in our area on Monday afternoons. Besides supplying clothing and food around twice a month to the most needy in Piaseczno, we have started to make a weekly commitment to serve a warm meal as well. WVM volunteers make soup + extras and then they or others help to serve it out at the action sight. This has been greatly appreciated by the locals in the area who have benefited from the delicious hot food and friendly smiles from those serving. Special thanks to Christine, who has been helping to coordinate this action, and to everyone who has contributed towards making it possible on a regular basis.
