On the last Sunday before Christmas we hosted an additional celebration for a further group of 30 + families in need. We distributed food, clothing, toys, and special Christmas presents for kids. Many thanks to the British School of Warsaw for donating an additional 30 hampers of food and treats. Special appreciation also to the U.S Marines from the Warsaw American Embassy, who helped by providing gifts for all the 70+ kids present at the event. It was a very joyful time, and all attendees had a chance to experience a warm Christmas atmosphere.

First “Wigilia” for Regular Attendees

After the Community Meeting we also organized our first Christmas celebration for the attendees of our weekly faith-based meetings. Each family brought a dish, and we did it in the style of a typical polish “Wigilia” (Christmas Eve). It had very much of a family feel to it, and everyone pulled together to make it a success.

We hope you enjoy a few pictures from both of those special occasions.
